If you lived here, you would have an unending supply!LOL. We also have an abundance of Mesquite beans from the pricly mesquite trees. I have also tasted Mesquite bean jelly, and it too, is good. It is manufactured at the local gin. It is a little more yellow in color than vegetable oil, but does not have a flavor to it.
