Happy St. Patty's Day.......
Getting all the ingredients for making Corned Beef together.....After simmering the Corn Beef for at least Five hours (when a fork thru it shows it is tender) Then I'll put it into a 4oo degree oven to get the fat out for about 15 to 20 minutes....
Then I will strain the water used to simmer and add Cabbage and potatoes ...hmm hmm Good.....
