I thought some of you would like to see these little seedlings.. do a close up to see those little seedlings good :o) Aren't they the cutest things :o)...Thanks again
Mr. H. they were some real healthy ones. :o)
now I'm wondering if I should do the Kale the same way...this way it's like I have some control of where and how they are grown in the ground...Today we picked up some cow manure (in the bags, wish it were the real stuff , best we could do for now). and Lime to get the boxes and gardens ready
for the fall plantings..
Wow they are up already! Those are some good seeds. I may have to try your method next year, since mine didn't come up in the garden..yet..lol
ReplyDeleteI can see those little spots of green poking through the dirt there, Ginny! Hurray, they are off to a good start. :-)
ReplyDeleteMrs. Pickles, isn't it a miracle :o) We are so pleased that they took no time in popping up :o)..I'm wondering if I did the Kale that way would I get the same results! I'm thinking about doing it.
ReplyDeleteDaisy, we are so pleased about them and we are getting the ground they will be bedded in into shape.
Nothing is more gratifying than watching seeds sprout!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your new babies for the garden! I think new sprouts are just the cutest!
ReplyDeleteLadydi, it's such a thrill to see your first efforts succeed.
ReplyDeleteI hoping they continue to thrive and grow so they can go into the "big garden" :o)
Robin, it does feel like I have new babies :o) (without the pain ).and they are the cutest at that stage.
Hooray! I really love your plant cups. They take up no space when your not using them and they leave no mess to clean up when your done. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteJody,
ReplyDeleteThat is just perfect :o) and besides in the end the paper cups become fertilizer for the garden :o) now that's recycling :o)
