Thank God I was able to reap something that was sowed!!
Today was a good day to try a recipe for Persimmon cupcakes..I should have looked twice at baking soda against baking powder! anyway they werent too bad..the darker and higher ones are withbaking soda
If you can get a close up...the brown on the yellow frosting are walnuts :o) Talk about something tasting good :o) yummy! yummy!
I love walnuts. Oh Ginny, I bet those cupcakes were the best ever. They sound so good! :-)
ReplyDeleteok..there are 17 cupcakes there. Who ate the 18th one??????
ReplyDeleteDaisy, those cupcakes were delicious,to be honest I think they were the best I've ever made :o)...I need some practice on applying the frosting..I forgot the set I have that would have made it easier ...next time :o)
ReplyDeleteJilly, do you have to ask who ate the 18 one? you know Cecil is Mikey Jr. :o) Ginny
Let's see, 17 cupcakes. One for Daisy, one for Jilly, one for Ginny, one for Ladydi. . . mmmm, thanks for sharing. (oh, and some for Cecil!)
ReplyDeleteLadydi, you all better eat fast, Cecil is gaining his appetite back lickity split...I've always been a slow eater (my mother was grooming me for a differnt life :o)so It was crucial to chew each bite 34 times :o), by the time I got done counting,I was full :o) I was also 98 pounds ...later in life I learned to chew a little faster to keep up with Cecil won't tell that weight :o)...Ginny
