Just thought I'd show the Christmas Pickles made from "large throw away cucumbers"
They take a little doing, but like anything else worth it's while. (Country Talk :o)
They are sweet and tart at the same time....I would suggest make enough..they won't last long unless you hide them :o) I took a picture of the pickling lime so that a person new to pickling ....would know what to look for to make it with the recipe.....email me privately if you would like the recipe.....
