Can you believe the growth of these potato's! I don't know how long it Will be before they mature enough to eat....Cecil says in August.....That's a long time from now I think. Anyway it makes me feel good that I didn't lose track of the "eyes" on old potatoes so that we could have new potatoes....again I say "Waste not Want not" Guess we didn't do too badly with our Mini miniture Farm :o)
