Dinner Completed

After eating this meal I have to say it was worth all the preparations,
three steps to make the couscous,a couple more to marinate and fry the chops, and two more too season and microwave the asparagus..Cecil and I enjoyed the second day of having Pork chops...like Emeril says "Pork Fat Rules" :o)...

Those pork chops and the couscous look delicious. I'm not a fan of asparagus either fresh or canned, but that's just me. Cecil is lucky to have you there to cook him meals fit for a king. :-)
