Just had to take a picture of this Master Tree as we call it
The trees you see in the background is no ones property (it's the woods and is very steep! Do a close up and see how beautiful she is..she is the largest tree in the section and I'm glad the developers decided to leave her..she is such a beauty.. Just imagine this whole place was full of trees like that and cut down to make homes and
some don't even plant trees to replace. Guess I'm getting political.
Windy or not we just had to try the grill out yesterday :o) Usually I broil lamb chops or use my black skillet to pan fry them... Sam's club slices them so thick! they don't seem to get done enough for us either way...sooo, on the grill :o) they got a tad black in places but that gave it more flavor...

Cecil waiting for the chops , He has been working in the yard all day, says he just can't sit down  ( I can)  :o) think about it, who got the grill started with the chops, who's in the house getting potatoes boiled and
carrots and string beans together? Me, that's who!  I'm earning my keep.

Jody, it was a very good day..we love it when the Sun is out and the weather is warm enough to grill out. We have even grilled in the rain :o)

Robin,as long as Cecil has a hoe , some land to dig around and a full belly, or I'm cooking < he's a happy camper :o)

You yard/ gardens are beautiful! Your patio area is very nice and the BBQ chops look great :o)

We had BBQ pork ribs and T-bone steak with homemade mac and cheese, salad from the greenhouse and apple crisp and vanilla icecream for dessert. I just love BBQ-ing*wink*

Blessings for the remainder of your week

Golly Gee Kelle, Your meal sounds scrumptious! I got hungry just reading it .Thanks for the compliments of the area..we don't go out much,(to the Dr's and pick up meds) and are what you call "stay at home bodies" We don't care for night driving much either .

It's nice to see all those lovely trees beyond your fence. And Cecil looks quite happy supervising from his chair!!! Hugs! Losing weight and getting my blood sugar levels down some now, yippee! Sticking with my low glycemic diet very well.

I hated that she put it up, but now I'm glad, she has two dogs and I don't want them over on my place.

Grilling is one of our favorites too and those chops did look good even through the blog. Glad the grill fix wasn't too costly. Seems too many people jump to replace vs. repair these days.
