Well, looks like I'll be using those jars before I knew it!! I had a Turkey in the freezer to use for the Holiday's, but company came too late...anyway, the weather is supposed to be terrible for the next 2 or 3 days , snow 6-7 inches, sleet and generally BAD! ...we don't venture out in that kind of weather..Good time to defrost that Turkey , make some stock, or whatever ideas I can come up with...just wonderful to have jars standing by :o)...I might try making some Turkey sausage ..Turkey soup :o)..I'm just teasing you all now...but it sounds good to me! :o)...

You know how to hibernate! It sounds very cozy, and I love turkey soup, alongside some tasty homemade rolls. I'm very glad to hear you don't venture out in bad weather. We always knew you were smart, Miss Ginny. :>}

Ladydi,you read my mind! I plan to make some soup and Kathleen's easy rolls :o)..
I'm too old to try tracing around in bad weather..I was lucky I didn't break something when I fell in the tub..I'd be stupid to go out in the snow and ice..NC is not used to such foul weather and I've been away from it so long now I know I can't maneuver in it..Ginny

For once, Ginny, I think you are going to have worse weather there than we have here! I'm sure whatever you cook up it will be delightful. Stay in and stay warm and enjoy your good cooking. That sounds like a good plan to me.
